Ingredients
2applescored and roughly chopped (keep the peel for fiber)
2bananasfrozen, broken into chunks
1cupcoconut milk
2tablespoonhemp seeds
1tablespoontahini
⅛teaspoonsalt
1teaspooncoconut sugaroptional (only if your apples aren't sweet)
Instructions
Chop the apples – There's no need to peel them unless you prefer a smoother texture.
Add all the ingredients to a blender - apples, frozen bananas, tahini, coconut milk, hemp seeds, and salt.
Blend until smooth - Add more milk if needed to achieve the desired texture.
Taste and sweeten if needed – Coconut sugar is optional.
Pour and enjoy - It's best fresh, but you can refrigerate it if needed.
