Ingredients

  • 2 apples cored and roughly chopped (keep the peel for fiber)
  • 2 bananas frozen, broken into chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar optional (only if your apples aren't sweet)

Instructions

  • Chop the apples – There's no need to peel them unless you prefer a smoother texture.
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender - apples, frozen bananas, tahini, coconut milk, hemp seeds, and salt.
  • Blend until smooth - Add more milk if needed to achieve the desired texture.
  • Taste and sweeten if needed – Coconut sugar is optional.
  • Pour and enjoy - It's best fresh, but you can refrigerate it if needed.
