Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango chunks frozen or fresh
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen, cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk or almond/oat milk

Instructions

  • Blend: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Adjust: If too thick, add a splash more milk.
  • Pour & Top: Pour into a glass and top with pomegranate seeds and banana slices.
  • Enjoy immediately while it's cold and creamy.

Notes

  • Use frozen fruit for a thick, milkshake-like consistency without the need for ice.
  • Ripe bananas make the smoothie naturally sweet, and no extra sugar is needed.
  • If using fresh fruit, add a few ice cubes for a chilled texture.
  • Chia seeds add healthy fats and fiber, and soak them for 5 minutes if you prefer a smoother texture.
  • For a protein boost, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
Optional Toppings
  • Pomegranate arils
  • Fresh banana slices
  • Nuts and seeds
