Tips and Variations
Over the years, I've made mango lassi in so many ways. Here are a few ideas to make it your own:
- Choose Flavorful Mangoes: Alphonso or Kesar are perfect for this.
- Customize Sweetness: Add more honey or swap with maple syrup or sugar.
- Add a Twist: A pinch of ginger or a couple of mint leaves blends in well.
- For a Richer Texture: Blend in a spoonful of cashew or almond powder.
- Make It Vegan: Use coconut or almond yogurt with any plant-based milk.
- Prep Ahead: You can chill it in the fridge for a few hours. Stir before serving.
