Ingredients
1cupripe mango chunksBoth fresh and frozen will work
1cupyogurt
½cupmilkdairy or any plant-based milk
2teaspoonmaple syrupor honey
½teaspooncardamom powder
⅛teaspoonsaffron strandsa pinch for aroma and color
Instructions
Add to Blender: Combine mango chunks, yogurt, milk, honey, cardamom powder, and saffron in a blender.
Blend Until Creamy: Blend at high speed until it is completely smooth. Scrape the sides if needed.
Adjust Texture: Add more milk to thin it or a few ice cubes/frozen mango to make it thicker.
Taste and Adjust: Add a bit more maple syrup or honey if your mango isn't sweet enough.
